Introduction

This 'Agreement' is between you as a 'Member' and 'Playface' as the provider of the 'Site' and the 'Service'. At Playface we aim to provide a professional Service that is fun and safe to use. Please read through the following 'Terms and Conditions' laid out in this Agreement.

Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and remove your profile, without prior notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you that is brought to our attention.

Members' Conduct

You will not impersonate any other person.
You will not use this Service to infringe on the privacy rights of any other person.
You will not collect personal information about another person for commercial purposes.
You will not post advertisements or chain letters on the Site.
You will not post content of an offensive nature on the Site. This includes material that is obscene, racially offensive, or any material that may infringe the rights of any other person.
You will treat any information sent to you as private and confidential and you will not forward or reproduce such information without the permission of the sender.
You will not use this Service to slander or defame any other person.
You will not make reference to illegal practices such as drug taking on this Site.
You will not use this Service to harass any other person.

Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding the Service or the conduct of another member, you must bring it to our attention as soon as is possible so that the appropriate action may be taken. Please use the ‘Contact Playface’ area of the service to send us a message.

Profiles and photographs

You will be solely responsible for the content of your profile and for allinformation you post on the Site.
Your profile should be accurate and honest.
Playface does not guarantee the accuracy of the content of members'profiles.
Photographs should show a head and shoulders view (a typical passport style photo is ideal) and will be edited if appropriate. Photographs containing nudity or any photographs of an offensive nature will not be allowed

Warning

It is possible that other members or unauthorised users may post offensive material on the Site and you may be involuntarily exposed to such material.
It is possible for others to obtain personal information about you from your use of the Service and that they might use this information to harass or injure you.
Playface is not responsible for the use of any personal information you may wish to disclose.
You should carefully consider what information you wish to disclose when using this Service.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Playface Ltd provides the Service and the Site on an 'as is' basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, in communication with Playface or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the Service.
Playface specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Playface does not warrant that your use of the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error free, or will meet your requirements or provide the results you want, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
Playface disclaims liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, telephone service, including coverage, range or any interruption in telephone service.

One of the key features of our Service is that you may remain anonymous to other members until such a time that you choose to reveal any personal contact details. We want our members to feel comfortable that their personal details are properly protected. This 'Privacy Policy' is a statement of what information we collect and what we use it for.

Non-personally identifiable information is used to help improve our service and to record numbers of visitors etc.

However, the information you provide in your profile is deemed to be in the public domain.
If you do not wish your details to be made public then do not post a profile.
